Daphne Kupietzky

About Daphne:

My name is Daphne Kupietzky I am 41 years old the wife of Michael Kupietzky and the proud mother of seven sabra children. We live in Efrat and I have the pleasure of running in the Judean hills. I have been a fitness instructor for the past 20 years and fitness is a very important element in my life.  My eldest son Amram who ran with me in the past is now a paratrooper in the IDF. My daughter Eliana is serving Israel via National Service working with children with cancer. This country is everything to us and the safety of ever Jewish person residing in Israel should be Israel's number one priority.

I am so excited to be running in Jerusalem's very first full marathon!

About Sderot:

I feel strongly about what needs to be done for Sderot in order to ensure their safety. Every Jew in Israel should have the right to live a peaceful and tranquil life free of fear.    We can only pray that next year when we run in the Jerusalem marathon it will be to celebrate the IDF's success in making this come true and that all our citizens as well as our soldiers are safe.
